Miro Capital Advisory was established in 2014 by John Moore, one of New Zealand’s most experienced capital markets professionals.  John is a corporate advisor with 24 years’ experience in equity capital markets and M&A advisory in New Zealand as well as Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.

John established Miro to look to provide high quality capital raising and advisory assistance to smaller, fast growing NZ corporates.  Miro also acts as an independent capital markets advisor to larger companies.

Miro prides itself on taking a long term view, not focusing just on the transaction “at hand” but considering the long term interests of issuers and their investors.

The miro branch, which is the symbol of the firm, represents new beginnings and growth – both for Miro and its clients.
